Cadentic processes call audio, transcripts, and summaries solely to provide the phone assistant service to the business that owns the number. Caller audio is transcribed in real time; recordings are made only when the business enables them, and a consent notice is played first.
We do not sell personal data. Service providers (telephony, speech-to-text, AI summarization) process data under contract as needed to operate the service. Businesses can review and delete their call history from the dashboard.
SMS notifications: if you opt in to text alerts, we use your mobile number only to deliver the account and call notifications you requested. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes; text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. Message frequency varies with your call volume. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help at any time.
